Clark Contracts have completed a major refurbishment of the former Tay House, now known as 300 Bath Street, on behalf of London & Scottish Investments.
The iconic building provides over 150,000sq.ft. of office space across six levels and is perfectly located adjacent to the M8.
As part of the refurbishment, the building’s existing entrance on the corner of Bath Street and Newton Street was relocated further along the Bath Street elevation, with a new reception area also formed. This relocation allowed the existing reception to be turned in to a business lounge.
The fourth-floor office space was refurbished including the renewal of wall, floor and ceiling finishes and installation of upgraded mechanical and electrical services, along with the upgrading of lift lobbies and WC’s. The new unique column-free floor plate offers occupiers exciting and vibrant space planning opportunities, and benefits from exceptional natural daylight throughout.
The basement was reconfigured to create a new wellbeing suite, which includes a fitness suite, male and female shower and changing areas and bike storage facilities.
