Clark Contracts appointed to £346m Fusion21 Building Improvement Framework

Fusion21 has appointed Clark Contracts to its £346m Building Improvements Framework.

 

The Paisley based company has been appointed to lot 9 of the framework for works in Scotland. The 4-year framework offers a wide range of internal and external improvement works from the installation of kitchens, bathrooms, windows and doors to roofing work.

 

This is the second Fusion21 framework Clark Contracts have been appointed to, having been successfully appointed to their Refurbishment, Construction, New Build and Modular Buildings Framework in 2023.

 

The main contractor is already appointed to a number of other public sector frameworks including Scotland Excel’s New Build Residential Framework, NHS National Services Scotland’s Minor Works Framework, Prosper’s Fire Safety and Decarbonisation Retrofit Frameworks, Crown Commercial Services Building Works Framework and SPA’s New Build Housing , Public Building Construction & Infrastructure Frameworks and Refurbishment and Modernisation frameworks.
