We employ trainees across the company in various positions including Administration, Estimating, Surveying, Construction Management, Finance, Buying and Marketing.

Trainees will begin their role at Clark Contracts working full time alongside experienced mentors. Once trainees have progressed to a certain level of knowledge and experience, they will be offered the chance to study the appropriate subject at a level which is in line with their experience and existing qualifications at college or university. This can range from NC, HNC, HND through to degree level.
We have an existing relationship with Glasgow Caledonian University and West College Scotland with the majority of our students studying here, however some employees have also studied at Glasgow City College, Edinburgh College and The University of the West of Scotland.
Trainees will be supported throughout their part time study and are given the option to continue to study to degree level and beyond.
