The outcomes have been:
- We have utilised the principles of partnering to obtain best value rather than lowest cost from our supplier and subcontractors.
- Strengths and areas for improvement in both the subcontractor and Clark Contracts were identified and remedial action taken to improve the performance where required.
- We now have long term relationships with a smaller number of suppliers and subcontractors. This provides a platform for innovative and added value solutions.
