Social Imprint

We have a company Steering Group which is made up of representatives from each of our company divisions and departments who are responsible for the following:

• Promoting and driving corporate social responsibility throughout the company
• Organising company social events
• Suggesting and implementing training on customer service through workshops and seminars
• Organising fundraising events
• Developing culture within the organisation
• Promoting the company values
• Maintaining and communicating rules and guidelines for service used in the day to day dealings with customers.

Our Steering Group hold regular fundraising events for our two company charities which are The Accord Hospice and The British Heart Foundation. Events in the past have included Munro Challenges, Cycling, Baking Competitions, Sports Day and Halloween events.
