Clark Contracts Wins Sport Pavilions

Two new changing pavilions at Netherthird in Cumnock and Knockentiber in Kilmarnock are the subject of a £708,000 contract awarded by East Ayrshire Council to Clark Contracts.
Demolition of the existing sports pavilion at Netherthird Pavilion is due to start in the middle of January, with completion scheduled for April 2010.
At Knockentiber, the site is clear and building works due to start at the end of February with completion scheduled for April 2010.
Both pavilions will be installed with serviced air handling units, heating systems, full electrical systems including CCTV links to the East Ayrshire Council Risk Management System.
Last year, Clark Contracts completed the new build of Netherthird Community Centre, the refurbishment of Ellisland Court Care Home in Mauchline and the company is currently on site at the Pump House at Netherthird.
David Cooper, Construction Director, Clark Contracts said, “We have recently completed the new build project, Netherthird Community Centre, on behalf of East Ayrshire Council and we are very pleased that our relationship has continued with the award of this new contract.”
