New School Contracts

Three schools building and refurbishment contracts, with a combined value of over £2 million, have been won by Clark Contracts. These new contracts mean that the Paisley based firm has now worked on 28 school contracts within the last 5 years, (with more than 15 in an operational environment), across Central Scotland.
West Lothian Council has appointed Clark Contracts to undertake the extension of Longridge Primary School in Longridge, Bathgate. The work involves single and double storey extensions to create changing rooms, an additional classroom, general purpose and ancillary areas, as well as a new community hall.
Valued at £1.3million, the project is scheduled to complete by August 2010.
South Ayrshire Council awarded Clark Contracts the £400,000 contract to undertake the refurbishment of Kincaidston Primary School in Ayr which is scheduled for completion in April 2010.
The £450,000 window replacement at Paisley Grammar was awarded by Renfrewshire Council and is due to commence in February with a completion date of April 2010.
