Performance standards and objectives are set at the start of each year in the following five areas:

- Leadership Development
- Efficiency and Effectiveness
Any employee worth their salt should demand to know how they are performing from their manager. In conjunction with 360 degree appraisals, performance management is the vehicle used to meet this demand.
